Order size: No minimum

Availability: All orders are subject to availability of cones. We suggest placing orders early. Quantities are limited on most items. Cones will be shipped to those ordering first. Items not available will be backordered unless we are directed otherwise.

Prices: Prices are FOB Locke, New York. A $3.00 handling charge applies on all shipments. Additional expenses, charged at cost, include: postage or shipping, packaging, insurance and phytosanitary certificates if necessary (check with your local authority) . Prices listed are for current cone stock.

Shipments: Deliveries will be made by UPS or best way unless otherwise indicated. Overseas shipments will be made by air unless surface is requested. Shipments are made as cones become available. If individual shipments are not wanted, the customer must specify "Ship All Together".

Sales Tax: 8% sales tax applies to New York customers who do not file an exemption certificate with us.

Accounts: On established accounts, payments are due 30 days after invoicing. Past due accounts are subject to a monthly service charge of 2%. New customers must prepay, accept COD shipments or pay by Visa or MasterCard. An account may be established by providing us a credit application with four business references.

Claims: Inspect the shipment immediately. We will accept returns no later than seven days after receipt of items. Claims for items lost or damaged in transit should be made directly to the carrier.
